To help Tesco cut through in the battle of the supermarkets, we ditched the usual hard-sell tropes and brought an unexpected emotional benefit to life: The time you save with Tesco's Aldi Price Match. "Now you’ll have to find other ways to fill your time." (Probably the longest copy line in the history of advertising). So we created a series of assets that people could actually use to fill their time with, in print, social, OOH and TV. Btw, Rube Goldberg machines are life.
